Buildopia ("we", "us", "the site") is a free browser-based 3D build planner for Pokémon Pokopia. This policy explains what information is collected when you use buildopia.netlify.app, and how it's used.

1. Your build data

Everything you create in the builder — block placements, layers, grid size, materials — is stored entirely in your own browser using local storage (autosave) or in a file you choose to download (Export). None of it is transmitted to us, stored on our servers, or accessible to anyone else. Clearing your browser data, switching browsers or devices, or using private/incognito mode will remove any autosaved build.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics or advertising services we use may automatically collect standard technical information when you visit, such as:

• IP address (typically anonymised or truncated by our providers)
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited and time spent on the site
• Referring website or search terms

3. Advertising

Buildopia may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar third-party ad networks. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings or via industry tools such as aboutads.info.

4. Third-party services

The site links out to Discord (our community server). Once you follow that link, Discord's own privacy policy governs any information you provide there — we have no visibility into or control over your Discord account or activity.

5. No accounts, no sign-up

Buildopia does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information for use of the builder itself.

6. Children's privacy

Buildopia is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data held about you. Since Buildopia itself stores no personal data on our servers, most such requests will concern data held by our third-party providers (e.g. analytics or ad networks) directly, which you can typically manage through the links above.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
