By using Buildopia (buildopia.netlify.app), you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Buildopia is

Buildopia is a free, browser-based 3D planning tool made by fans, for fans of Pokémon Pokopia. It lets you design and preview island/building layouts before recreating them in-game. It is provided "as is", free of charge, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

2. Not affiliated with Pokémon or Nintendo

Buildopia is an independent, unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries. All Pokémon-related names, trademarks, and copyrighted material referenced belong to their respective owners.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site's operation (including via scraping, automated bots, or exploiting bugs)
• Upload, import, or attempt to inject malicious code, files, or scripts
• Misrepresent builds, screenshots, or exports created with Buildopia as official Pokémon content

4. Your builds and content

Builds you create belong to you. Buildopia does not claim ownership over anything you design, export, or screenshot using the tool. If you choose to share builds in our Discord community or elsewhere, you're responsible for the content you post there, subject to that platform's own rules.

5. No warranty

Buildopia is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that build plans will translate exactly into in-game results. Use it at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buildopia and its creator(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of build data (see our autosave note in the Help page — always export important builds).

7. Advertising and monetisation

Buildopia may display third-party advertisements to help cover hosting costs. We don't control the specific content of individual ads served by ad networks. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details.

8. Community conduct

Our Discord server has its own rules, enforced by its moderators. Access to or continued membership of the Discord is not guaranteed and may be revoked for violations of its rules.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
